Eligibility Criteria
Here are the eligibility criteria that must be met by the candidate:
- The candidate must hold a domicile from any district of Punjab.
- The candidate should not be more than 45 years of age at the closing date of the application.
- The candidate must be enrolled in a PhD program of any public or private sector university in Punjab and must have completed the coursework.
- The candidate must have applied after 1.5 years of enrollment and a maximum of up to 3.5 years in the PhD program.
- The candidate must have passed the comprehensive examination as per the university norms.
- The PhD synopsis/research proposal must be approved by the Board of Advanced Studies and Research (BASR) or equivalent statutory body of the university.
- The candidate must possess a valid acceptance letter from a foreign university/supervisor listed in the top 200 as world universities general ranking of 2023.
